2019 Blanc de Noirs Anderson Valley

Crafted in the classic Méthode Traditionnelle style, our inaugural Blanc de Noirs is intensely fruit driven and highlighted by expressive minerality and a bone-dry backbone. After disgorgement, no dosage is added so that the wine retains its crisp and refreshing brut character. Despite the exceptional quality of its sparkling wine offerings, Anderson Valley’s small geographical size and remote location dictates that only a handful of wineries make the effort. For those audacious enough to pursue the endeavor, the reward is a bottling that rivals the sublime Champagnes that have become the symbol of celebration for generations.
