We are excited to have our wines hold a place in your cellar. These bottles have taken quite a journey to your doorstep, and we encourage you to give them a little time to settle. In order to enjoy your wine at its best, wait at least a week or two from the time of delivery to open a bottle.
PACKAGING INFORMATION
We are proud to be using compostable shipping materials for your order. We've partnered with Green Cell Foam, the most environmentally sustainable and functional packaging material available. Made from American-grown corn, Green Cell Foam is certified compostable and can be dissolved in your sink for safe and easy disposal. You can even use it to fertilize your garden! And it offers incredible protection of your wine during shipping.

CELLARING
While enjoyable now, Texture wines gain more complexity and depth with proper cellaring. The keys to this are temperature (ideally near 57°F), humidity, darkness and a vibration-free environment. Our red wines are also bottled unfiltered; as a result, some natural sediment may be present.
SERVING
For a Texture Pinot Noir that has been released recently, we recommend decanting for 1-2 hours before serving. Decanting provides natural aeration, enhancing the wine’s delicate flavors and aromas. Done with care, decanting can also be used to pour an older wine off its sediment.
