Our team will walk you through the history of Texture and educate you on the wines and winemaking along with the cheese and charcuterie you have selected. It’s like being in our historic Tasting Salon from the comfort of your own home.

Bacon & Cheese or Caviar Pairing Experience

Few things pair bet­ter with Chardon­nay than caviar, and who doesn’t love bacon? We’ll ship a culi­nary kit to you and your friends or col­leagues! You’ll receive an instruc­tion­al video from our Exec­u­tive Chef, Bacon, Chef Hammach’s hand-made spice rubs, caviar, accom­pa­ni­ments and wine. We’ll con­verge on Zoom at the agreed-upon time to pre­pare our bacon and pair it and the caviar with some Tex­ture Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
